Edus offers digital services only. We do not ship physical products, so no shipping charges apply.

Delivery of services

Account activation: your institution's workspace is activated within 1 business day of successful payment or signed agreement.
Access: login details are sent to the registered email address and the platform is available at dashboard.edus.app.
Onboarding and data migration: scheduled with our team and typically completed within 5–15 business days, depending on scope.
Customized features: timelines are agreed in writing before work starts.

If you have not received access within 2 business days of payment, contact us and we will resolve it promptly or refund per our Refund Policy.

Services are available online to institutions in Pakistan and internationally, subject to applicable law.
